The 19SPEEDMASTER LD is a new addition to Shimano’s conventional lever cable series.
The Speedmaster LDII is a very versatile role. Because of its compact size, it can be used for many types of rod and fishing techniques such as trolling, stand up fishing, bottom fishing, and even casting. The 2-SPEED gearbox is very helpful: if the bait needs to be found quickly, the angler can use the gear ratio of 5.7: 1 which winds in 107 cm per revolution of the handle.
When a large fish is hooked and the angler needs a powerful retrieval to get the fish in, the 3.1: 1 gear ratio can be used.
